A copy of your current AZ Real Estate License CERTIFICATE (You may log in and print your certificate from here: https://azre.gov/persona/licensees)
A copy of your valid Photo ID. (front)
A Letter of Good Standing from your Primary Association
A copy of a current Code of Ethics CERTIFICATE dated within the past 3 years.
*If your firm/broker is not a member, then your broker/Designated REALTOR® will first need to complete an application OFFICE/BROKER APPLICATION.
**If you are a BRAND-NEW MEMBER and DO NOT PAY YOUR National Association of REALTORS® or Arizona Association of REALTORS® dues with another association, please use the PRIMARY REALTOR® MEMBER application form on the previous screen.
