Randall E. Hotchkiss graduated from both the University of Arizona and Northwestern University with degrees in Finance and Mortgage Banking from the school of Mortgage banking MBA of America. After an early retirement from Wells Fargo bank Randy in 1990 Randy originated Hotchkiss Financial, inc.    Hotchkiss Financial, Inc. has origination offices in both Tucson and Show Low/ Pinetop and originates real estate loans throughout Arizona
