Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) is requiring these three additional General Courses to cover Deed Fraud, Water and Firewise according to Arizona Law. We are bringing this class to you with the most up-to-date laws information and precautions so you can educate yourself and your clients. What you will learn: 1) What is Deed Fraud, why do we need to know? 2) How can we protect our biggest asset? 3) Arizona Water: Where are our sources by county? How is it delivered? What is our water supply? 4) Firewise: Why is AZ at high risk? What can we do to adapt and prevent? Enforcement and Rules. You will leave this class with a better understanding of why these are important to understand in Arizona Real Estate.
