Description
Real estate is a business based on relationships. Understanding how to adapt your communications style to all buyers and sellers and deliver a professional presentation is imperative. This course will cover strategic steps to improve your communication skills, assess buyer and seller needs, and overcome all forms of objections.

Analyzing what the consumer wants from a REALTOR® and connecting those wants/needs to your value & service level.
Discovering how to build an effective relationship from the first meeting.
Utilizing effective communications to resolve challenges.
Identify opportunities to enhance your service level.
