About

Charles moved from Los Angeles, California area to Show Low, Arizona in 1996 becoming the premier party supply and rental company in the area until selling it in 2017. During his time with his entertainment company, he even had a local kids TV show that included “Ask Willie Fox” and “The White Mountain Teen News”. He also had a screen-printing business for a few years.

Since 2016, Charles has been a licensed REALTOR® in Northern Arizona serving buyers, sellers, and investors. He is very involved with the communities he serves and the REALTOR Association. He feels honored and blessed to have had many opportunities to serve alongside other great agents with the White Mountain Association of REALTORS®. He served on the WMAR Community Outreach Committee starting in 2017 and then as the Chairperson in 2018 & 19 and has continued to serve committees and the White Mountain Association of Realtors® Board since 2019, where he has been a director followed by the Treasurer position. He is currently the President-Elect for White Mountain Association of REALTORS® for 2024. He will be the 2025 President.

His goal is to continue to educate himself and better serve his clients, members, and community. Whether you are buying or selling a property, he is committed to using all his knowledge and experience to make your goal his purpose. He looks forward to meeting and assisting you in making your purchase or sale successful in every way possible.

In his spare time, he spends it with his best friend and biggest supporter, his wife. Married since 2020 and living in Winslow, Arizona, He serves buyers and sellers along Interstate 40 from Flagstaff to Holbrook and all of Navajo County.

Charles relocated from the Los Angeles area to Show Low, Arizona, in 1996, establishing a leading party supply and rental company until he sold it in 2017. He also hosted a local kids' TV show and briefly ran a screen-printing business.

Since becoming a licensed REALTOR® in Northern Arizona in 2016, Charles has actively served buyers, sellers, and investors. He has held various roles within the White Mountain Association of REALTORS®, including Chairperson of the Community Outreach Committee and currently President-Elect for 2024. His commitment to education and community service drives him to help clients achieve their real estate goals.

Residing in Winslow, Arizona, with his wife, Charles focuses on serving buyers and sellers along Interstate 40 from Flagstaff to Holbrook and throughout Navajo County.
