ABOUT ERIKA:

Erika Willison has resided in the Scottsdale, Cave Creek and Desert Hills, Arizona area since 1995; Pinetop, Arizona since July 2021, and has dedicated the past 27 years to representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate in Phoenix / Scottsdale and 3 years in the White Mountains as a full time Realtor. 

Her market focus includes all aspects of residential real estate as well as new construction, luxury, golf, equestrian properties and vacant land / lots.  Erika’s clientele over the years has included out-of-state buyers, builders and architects, investors, as well as numerous referrals and friends.  

After obtaining her BS / Horticulture degree from Oregon State University in 1987, Erika embarked on a sales career in the Commercial Plant Growing Industry.  Her plant sales background, landscaping knowledge including landscape design assisted Erika’s transition into the Residential Real Estate arena.  

Erika believes that the best way to provide continued and dedicated expert service is to work in the real estate industry full time while keeping up with local markets and technology in this dramatically evolving real estate industry.  Erika obtained her Associate Broker designation in 2003, her Certified Land Sales Specialist designation in 2005 and is a Certified Distressed Property Expert having successfully negotiated her first Short Sale in 2002.  

Erika is also experienced in all phases of home construction, having completed remodel projects as well as design build projects in Cave Creek AZ from the ground up.
